About Me

My name is Sara Dee.

I am truly inspired by the world of possibility that lies before every small business owner.

 

Where some people see challenges, I see opportunities for solutions. In all areas of my life, solving problems and improving systems & spaces brings me great joy. ​Over the last 15 years I have partnered with two small business owners in growing their businesses to become profitable power-houses with strong leadership teams and modern technologies. The first grew by 230% over a decade, the second by 20% in just the first year of our work together. 

 

Since 2023, I have been taking the same high-impact insights & practices that I offered my partners and bringing them to other local businesses who have the same aspirations, through Indigo Business Consulting, LLC. I have helped many small businesses thrive by launching websites, onboarding them with CRMs, writing handbooks, and implementing marketing and sales strategies. â€‹

I live in Northampton, Massachusetts with my husband and young daughter. You can find me enjoying the outdoors all year round whether I'm skiing, rock climbing, hiking, or kayaking. I love living in the charming little valley of western Massachusetts, but I also enjoy traveling, and seeing new people, places, and things. 

 

We spend so much of our life working. Life is too short for that time to not be rewarding & feel fulfilling. I am confident that through working together we can bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
